I’m someone who genuinely enjoys helping people navigate important moments in their lives and careers. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals across a wide range of backgrounds, experience levels, and personalities, and one thing I’ve learned is that most people are far more capable than they give themselves credit for.
Over the course of my career in talent acquisition, I’ve spent more than 20 years evaluating candidates, leading recruiting teams, optimizing recruiting systems and tools, and helping organizations make hiring decisions across every level of experience—from students and early career professionals to senior executives and specialized leadership roles. I’ve worked within global professional services and consulting environments and interviewed thousands of candidates across a wide range of industries and functions. Those experiences gave me an inside perspective on how hiring decisions are really made—and what helps people stand out in meaningful, authentic ways.
